Testimonials
The instructor and her materials, suggestions, attitude.
Very good facilitator made session interesting.
The structure of the course: starting the the safe, psychological space, and focusing on the purpose or intention of the meeting. This helped me understand quickly how to approach facilitation. I also liked the emphasis on the subtler and practical details like zoom settings, lighting, etc. This details work at a more subconscious level to ensure the facilitation is more impactful.
