Andrea is a Chartered Accountant by qualification. A sole practitioner, she has been providing consultancy, accountancy and taxation services to the Charity and Not-for Profit sector for over 30 years.
Andrea has extensive financial and senior management experience with charities and not for profits as an advisor and accountant and as Chief Financial Officer. She has helped organisations to prepare for a more regulated and transparent environment and has practical experience of charity accounting principles and putting them into practice. Andrea is a member of the Charity and Not-for Profit Committee at Chartered Accountants Ireland. She and has been a Board member for a number of charities over the years.

Mark is the Founder & CEO of MASF Consulting Limited (see www.masf.ie), a specialised advisor on Diversity & Inclusion (‘D&I’) and Executive Coaching. They support cultural understanding, transformation, the embrace of diversity and the power of an inclusive working culture. They advise domestic and global organisations – primarily in Ireland, UK and continental Europe. Operating from Dublin since 2016, Mark previously lived in Paris where he managed D&I global programs for the AXA Group.
Mark is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland (FCA), having trained with PwC in Dublin. Mark spent 20+ years in international financial services (including 9 in London and 7 in Paris), with a focus on Audit & Compliance, HR & Communications, and Facilities Management. Mark hold’s a 1st Class Honours in Executive Coaching from the Irish Management Institute / University College Cork (where he also teaches masterclasses as an Associate) and is an accredited (Senior Practitioner) member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (‘EMCC’).
Mark holds a Masters’ in Accounting from University College Dublin (where, as part of the university’s Executive Coaching and Expert Mentoring panels, Mark supports an annual cohort of MBA and CEMS students) and a BBS and BA from Trinity College Dublin.
From 2017-2020, Mark was on the Board of Directors of Screen Ireland (formerly the Irish Film Board), driving the gender equality and diversity committee and chairing the Audit & Risk committee. Mark currently sits on the Advisory Board of the Irish Tech Society.

Maighréad is an experienced Consultant and Director at Collaboration Ireland and has been working in the community and voluntary sector for over 30 years. She has a depth of understanding of the community, voluntary and health sector – its operational and policy context, its political sensitivities and its people, organisations, and systems. Prior to becoming a consultant in 2018, Maighréad worked in the disability sector for over 25 years and was responsible for establishing new services, setting up projects in the community and managing large teams of staff which included training and facilitating meetings, and workshops. Maighréad is also a Safeguarding and Risk Consultant who will undertake investigations and inquiries on behalf of disability organisations in the Munster Region. Maighréad is both experienced and knowledgeable in the area of governance and assessing governance compliance within companies. She will partner with your charity, organisation, or social enterprise to help your CEO and Board of Directors to identify the areas of priority in order to be compliant with the Charity Regulators Code.
